Last updated: December 24, 2025

1. Who operates AI Herald

AI Herald is an independent publication and tools lab focused on artificial intelligence, robotics, and related technologies. The site is operated from UAE and hosted with third‑party infrastructure providers.

For any privacy questions, you can reach the operator at: aiheralduae@gmail.com.

2. Information collected

AI Herald aims to collect as little personal data as practical while still running a modern content site and tools platform.

  • Newsletter email address. Collected when you submit your email to receive updates.
  • Tool usage metadata. IP address, user agent, and basic usage events may be logged when you use tools in the lab for abuse prevention and analytics.
  • Server logs. Standard web server logs record requests, response codes, and IP addresses to keep the site reliable and secure.

3. How information is used

  • Newsletter. Email addresses are used only to send editorial updates and product announcements from AI Herald.
  • Tools lab. Tool usage records are used to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and understand which tools are most helpful.
  • Security & reliability. Logs may be reviewed to investigate errors, attacks, or misuse of the service.

4. Cookies and analytics

AI Herald may use lightweight analytics or caching cookies to understand aggregate traffic and keep the site fast. Cookies are not used to build advertising profiles or sell personal data.

If additional third‑party analytics or widgets are introduced in the future, this section will be updated to describe what is used and why.

5. Sharing of information

Personal information is not sold or rented. Limited data may be shared with infrastructure providers that help run the service, such as email delivery, hosting, or error monitoring vendors.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AI Herald, its users, or the public.

6. Data retention

Newsletter data is retained while your subscription is active or until you request removal. Server and tool logs are kept for a limited period needed for security, debugging, and analytics.

When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or stored only in aggregated, non‑identifiable form.

7. Your choices

  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in each email.
  • You may contact AI Herald to request correction or deletion of personal information that directly identifies you, where technically and legally possible.
  • You can block cookies in your browser; some features may be less accurate or reliable as a result.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time as the site or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always show the most recent revision.
